I build rooms where women stop building alone. This is the founding table. You'll shape what this space becomes: the rituals, the rhythm, the culture. Your fingerprints will be on everything that comes after.
You'll be matched with a Builder Pair.
The moment you enter this room, you're paired with one other woman. She's your building partner for 30 days. Not an accountability buddy. Not a mastermind. A woman who sees what you're building and expects you to keep going.
You check in with each other weekly. You share what you built, what you're stuck on, and what's next. After 30 days, pairs rotate. By the end of 90 days, every woman in this room has a relationship with every other woman. That's how you build a table, not an audience.
Weekly Check-In
One conversation per week with your Builder Pair. Share one build, one block, one next step. Takes 15 minutes. Changes everything.
Peer Recognition
When your pair shows up, you name it publicly. When she pushes through, you witness it. The room sees who's building because you make her visible.
30-Day Rotations
Every 30 days, you're matched with someone new. By month three, you've built with every woman at the table. No one stays a stranger.
Shared Rhythm
Mondays: declare what you're building this week. Fridays: name who helped you move forward. Two touchpoints. One powerful habit.
What's expected at this table.
This is free, but it's not casual. A seat at this table means you're committed to building in community, not just observing from the edges. Here's what founding membership asks of you:
Show up weekly. Post your Monday build declaration and your Friday recognition. Two posts per week, one sentence each. This is your minimum presence.
Honor your Builder Pair. One check-in per week with your matched partner. Can be a voice note, a DM, a thread. But it happens.
Attend the monthly gathering. One live experience per month where we come together as a full table. 45 minutes. Real faces. Real voices.
Recognize other women. When you see someone building boldly, name it. Use the recognition feature. Make her visible. That's how this room stays alive.
Stay for 90 days. Give this room the chance to become what it's meant to be. The first 90 days are the foundation. After that, your seat is yours for life.

You've recognized 5 other women publicly, initiated at least one conversation thread, and completed your first Builder Pair rotation. You're not just occupying the room. You're shaping it.
Built the Room
You've referred a new founding member who was selected, led a community thread, or co-created a ritual the room now uses. Your fingerprints are on this space permanently.
