1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and Blessed CEO Strategy LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Company operates Reclaim Your Three™ and Beauty PowerUp Travel, its travel-agency business. These Terms govern your access to and use of reclaimyourthree.com, purchases, experience registrations, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). When a booking includes travel-agency services through Beauty PowerUp Travel, these Terms apply together with the trip-specific booking documents and supplier terms provided for that booking.

By using our website, purchasing a product or service, or registering for an experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services, make purchases, or participate in an experience. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Description of Services

Reclaim Your Three™ shares free website and YouTube content and offers experiences for women building a business, wealth, or legacy. Current offers include:

  • The Reclaim Your Three™ Planner (physical product, $27)

  • The Reclaim Your Three™ Builder’s Table (virtual Google Meet experience, $37 per session, offered twice a month, up to eight participants)

  • The Reclaim Your Three™ Day Experience (in-person experience, $247 General Admission / $397 VIP, offered quarterly)

  • The Reclaim Your Three™ Retreat (destination experience, $3,500–$5,000, offered 2–3 times per year)

  • Beauty PowerUp Travel travel-agency services, operated by Blessed CEO Strategy LLC, when offered in connection with a Retreat or other booking

Dates, availability, location, inclusions, travel suppliers, payment schedules, and booking terms are provided on the applicable offer or trip-specific booking page or documents. We may modify or discontinue future offerings. A change does not alter an order already confirmed, except as required by law or agreed with you.

4. Not Professional Advice Disclaimer

Our Services share general information, personal perspectives, and faith-led experiences. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. We are not acting as your licensed therapist, medical professional, attorney, tax professional, or financial advisor. Nothing provided through our Services is a substitute for professional care.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

  • You will not rely on our content or experiences as a substitute for professional advice.

  • Personal stories and faith-led perspectives reflect individual experience and are not clinical or professional guidance.

5. No Guaranteed Results

We share personal stories, testimonials, and participant experiences. Individual outcomes vary based on each person’s circumstances and other factors. We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding specific income, financial, relationship, emotional, career, business, or other personal outcomes. A testimonial describes an individual experience and is not a promise that you will achieve the same result.

6. Intellectual Property

Trademarks: Reclaim Your Three™, Beauty PowerUp Travel, The Reclaim Your Three™ Method, and associated logos, taglines, and brand elements belong to Blessed CEO Strategy LLC or are used with permission. You may not use them without prior written consent.

Copyrighted Materials: Content provided through our Services—including the Planner, event materials, frameworks, worksheets, audio recordings, videos, and written materials—is protected by copyright law and owned by Blessed CEO Strategy LLC or its respective rights holders.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or share materials you have purchased or received with others, except where the law permits.

  • Resell, license, or sublicense our content.

  • Create derivative works based on our materials without written permission.

  • Record or redistribute an experience, or share another participant’s personal information or contributions, without permission.

  • Use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

Your Content and Testimonials: You retain ownership of content you create. Sharing a comment, story, photo, or testimonial with us does not give us blanket permission to use it in advertising. We will obtain separate permission before using identifiable participant content in our marketing.

7. Planner Terms

The Reclaim Your Three™ Planner ($27):

  • Upon purchase and delivery, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the Planner for your own individual use.

  • You may not share, copy, redistribute, or resell the Planner or any portion of it, except where the law permits.

  • The Planner is a physical product shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery estimates may vary.

  • You may request a refund for an unused Planner within 14 days after delivery. To request a refund, email janice@reclaimyourthree.com with “Planner Refund” in the subject line and include your name and order details. We will confirm any return steps when you contact us.

8. Builder’s Table Terms

The Reclaim Your Three™ Builder’s Table ($37 per session; twice a month; up to eight participants):

  • Full payment is required to confirm your seat.

  • Purchases are non-refundable.

  • If you cannot attend, you may request to reschedule your seat to another available session by emailing janice@reclaimyourthree.com.

  • Seats may not be transferred to another person.

  • If we cancel a session, you may choose either a seat at another available session or a refund.

9. Day Experience, Retreat, and Travel-Agency Terms

The Reclaim Your Three™ Day Experience ($247 General Admission / $397 VIP):

  • Full payment is required to confirm your registration. Availability is limited and registrations are accepted while space remains.

  • Day Experience purchases are non-refundable because vendor commitments are made for the event, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

  • Any options available if we cancel or materially change a Day Experience will be stated in the event-specific booking terms before you pay.

The Reclaim Your Three™ Retreat ($3,500–$5,000):

  • Blessed CEO Strategy LLC operates Beauty PowerUp Travel, its travel-agency business. Where a Retreat booking includes travel-agency services, the trip-specific booking documents will identify the arrangements and services included.

  • The deposit amount and payment schedule will be stated in the booking documents. The Retreat deposit is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

  • Refunds of payments beyond the deposit, if any, are determined by the applicable travel-agency refund terms, the timing of your cancellation, and the commitments and cancellation terms of the travel suppliers for that specific Retreat. The applicable schedule and terms will be provided in the trip-specific booking documents before you pay. Review those documents before booking.

  • Travel insurance is recommended. We are not responsible for travel arrangements, flights, or accommodations that are not expressly included in the Retreat booking.

  • Travel and event activities may involve inherent risks. By registering, you accept the ordinary risks associated with participation, subject to applicable law.

For All Events and Travel Bookings:

  • Changes and circumstances beyond our control: Events, schedules, venues, travel arrangements, and activities may be changed when reasonably necessary, including because of circumstances beyond our control. Any cancellation or change options will be stated in the applicable event or trip-specific booking terms before purchase and handled subject to applicable law.

  • Behavior: We may end a participant’s involvement if their conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful. Any refund eligibility will be governed by the applicable offer terms and law.

  • Itinerary and supplier changes: Event schedules, travel suppliers, and activities may change when reasonably necessary. Material updates will be sent using the contact information associated with your registration.

10. Photo and Video at Events

Photos or video may be taken during an experience. Attending an event does not grant us blanket permission to use your identifiable image, voice, or comments in marketing. We will obtain separate permission before using identifiable participant photos, recordings, or testimonials for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, contact us before the event so we can discuss reasonable arrangements.

11. Payment Terms

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless checkout or your booking documents state otherwise. Payment is processed through the payment provider identified at checkout or in the booking documents. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

Prices and availability for future purchases may change. A price change does not affect an order already confirmed.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLESSED CEO STRATEGY LLC AND ITS OWNER, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blessed CEO Strategy LLC, its owner, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our Services.

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your violation of any rights of a third party.

  • Decisions you make or actions you take based on our content or experiences.

  • Content you submit or share that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.

14. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Informal Resolution: Before filing formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at janice@reclaimyourthree.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Virginia. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. For material changes, we will provide notice by email or prominent website notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect, where practicable and as required by law.

Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any event-specific or trip-specific booking terms presented before purchase, govern your use of the Services and purchases from us.
