1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and Blessed CEO Strategy LLC doing business as Reclaim Your Three™ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website (reclaimyourthree.com), digital products, online community, live events, retreats, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our website, purchasing any product, joining our community, or registering for any event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services, make purchases, or participate in any event. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Description of Services

Reclaim Your Three™ provides faith-based personal development experiences for women, including:

  • The Reclaim Your Three™ Quiz (free assessment tool that identifies your primary rebuilding pillar: Purpose, Power, or Prosperity)

  • Reclaim Your Three™ Starter Kit (free digital resource delivered via email after completing the Quiz, personalized to your pillar result)

  • The Reclaim Your Three™ Planner (paid physical product, $27)

  • The Reclaim Your Three™ Community (paid monthly membership on Mighty Networks, $47/month, available during bi-monthly enrollment windows only)

  • The Reclaim Your Three™ Day Experience (paid in-person event, $397, offered quarterly)

  • The Reclaim Your Three™ Retreat (paid destination travel experience, $1,500-$5,000, offered 2-3x per year)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without prior notice.

4. Not Professional Advice Disclaimer

THIS IS CRITICAL: Our Services are for personal and spiritual development purposes only.

We are not licensed therapists, psychologists, counselors, psychiatrists, medical professionals, financial advisors, certified financial planners, or attorneys. Nothing provided through our Services constitutes professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Our experiences, content, community conversations, and materials are based on personal experience and faith-based perspective. They are not a substitute for professional care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, medical emergency, or need professional financial or legal guidance, please seek appropriate licensed professional help immediately.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results

  • You will not rely on our content as a substitute for professional advice

  • You understand that faith-based and personal development content represents personal perspective and lived experience, not clinical or professional guidance

5. No Guaranteed Results

We share personal stories, testimonials, and experiences from real women. However, individual results vary significantly based on individual effort, circumstances, background, and many other factors.

We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding:

  • Specific financial outcomes or income levels

  • Relationship improvements or changes

  • Emotional or psychological outcomes

  • Career or business results

  • Any specific life changes or transformations

Testimonials and stories shared on our website, social media, or within our community reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees or promises of similar results for any other person.

6. Intellectual Property

Trademarks: Reclaim Your Three™, The Reclaim Your Three™ Method, and all associated logos, taglines, and branding elements are trademarks of Blessed CEO Strategy LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

Copyrighted Materials: All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to the Planner, Starter Kit materials, community content, event materials, frameworks, worksheets, audio recordings, videos, and written materials, are protected by copyright law and owned by Blessed CEO Strategy LLC.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or share our materials with anyone who has not purchased them

  • Resell, license, or sublicense any of our content

  • Create derivative works based on our materials

  • Screenshot, record, or redistribute community conversations or event content

  • Use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission

User Content License: By posting content within our community or sharing testimonials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes. You retain ownership of your original content.

7. Digital Product & Free Resource Terms

The Reclaim Your Three™ Quiz (Free):

  • The Quiz is a free assessment tool that identifies your primary rebuilding pillar (Purpose, Power, or Prosperity)

  • By completing the Quiz, you consent to receive your personalized Starter Kit and marketing communications via email

  • Quiz results and responses are collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy

  • The Quiz framework, questions, and scoring methodology are proprietary intellectual property of Blessed CEO Strategy LLC

The Reclaim Your Three™ Starter Kit (Free, delivered after Quiz):

  • Provided following completion of the Quiz, personalized to your pillar result

  • Delivered via email in exchange for your email address and consent to receive marketing communications

  • Subject to the same intellectual property protections as paid materials

  • You may unsubscribe from communications at any time without losing access to already-delivered materials

The Reclaim Your Three™ Planner ($27):

    • Upon purchase and delivery, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the Planner for your own individual use

    • You may not share, copy, redistribute, or resell the Planner or any portion thereof

    • The Planner is a physical product shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Shipping times vary and are not guaranteed

    • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once the package has been handed off to the carrier

8. Membership & Subscription Terms (Community)

The Reclaim Your Three™ Community ($47/month):

  • Enrollment Windows: The Community is available for new members during bi-monthly enrollment windows only. Enrollment dates are announced in advance. You may not join outside of an active enrollment window.

  • Billing: No free trial is offered. Your payment method will be charged $47 immediately upon joining during an enrollment window. Your membership automatically renews monthly on the same date you joined. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your Mighty Networks account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

  • No Partial Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

  • Access After Cancellation: Once your membership ends, you lose access to the community, its content, conversations, and resources.

  • Re-enrollment: If you cancel and wish to rejoin, you must wait for the next open enrollment window and will be charged at the current membership rate.

  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change membership pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes apply to the next billing cycle after notice.

  • Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time if you violate our Community Guidelines or these Terms. In the case of termination for violations, no refund will be issued.

9. Live Event & Retreat Terms

The Reclaim Your Three Day Experience ($397):

  • Registration: Full payment is required to confirm your spot. Spots are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Cancellation by You: Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made 15-29 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. You may transfer your spot to another qualifying attendee with our approval.

  • Cancellation by Us: If we cancel the event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next scheduled event.

The Reclaim Your Three Retreat ($1,500-$5,000):

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule provided at booking.

  • Cancellation by You: Cancellation terms may be subject to the policies of third-party travel vendors (hotels, airlines, excursion providers) involved in your retreat package. Generally, cancellations made 90+ days before the retreat receive a refund of payments made (minus the $250 deposit). Cancellations 60-89 days before receive 50% of payments made (minus deposit). Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation by Us: If we cancel the retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments including the deposit.

  • Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, and medical emergencies. We are not responsible for your travel arrangements, flights, or accommodations outside of what is explicitly included in the retreat package.

  • Assumption of Risk: By registering for a retreat, you acknowledge that travel and physical activities carry inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

  • Health Disclosure: You agree to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, or physical limitations that may affect your participation prior to the retreat.

For All Events:

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellation or modification of events due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: pandemics, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue issues, extreme weather, civil unrest, or acts of God. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling or credit toward a future event.

  • Behavior: We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behavior disrupts the experience for others, violates our guidelines, or creates an unsafe environment. No refund will be issued in such cases.

  • Itinerary Changes: Event schedules and activities are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary, venue, or programming as needed.

10. Photo & Video Release

By attending any Reclaim Your Three™ event (Day Experience or Retreat), you grant Blessed CEO Strategy LLC permission to photograph and/or record video of you during the event and to use such images and recordings for marketing, promotional, educational, and commercial purposes across all media (including website, social media, email, print, and advertising) without additional compensation or prior approval.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify us in writing at least 7 days prior to the event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee complete exclusion from group photos or ambient footage.

11. Payment Terms

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed through Stripe and PayPal. By making a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect existing purchases or current billing cycles for memberships.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLESSED CEO STRATEGY LLC AND ITS OWNER, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blessed CEO Strategy LLC, its owner, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our Services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any rights of a third party

  • Any decisions you make or actions you take based on our content or experiences

  • Any content you post in our community or share at our events

14. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at janice@reclaimyourthree.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Virginia. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.

Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to our website. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or prominent website notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blessed CEO Strategy LLC regarding your use of our Services.
