Community Guidelines: The Reclaim Your Three™ Community

Welcome to the room. This community exists for one reason: so you never have to rebuild alone. These guidelines ensure every woman feels safe, seen, and respected.

 

By joining The Reclaim Your Three Community on Mighty Networks, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community without refund.

Our Values

This is a faith-led sisterhood for women in rebuilding seasons. We hold space with:

  • Grace: Every woman is in a different chapter. We meet each other there.

  • Confidentiality: What is shared in this room stays in this room.

  • Respect: We can disagree without being disagreeable.

  • Authenticity: Show up real. You don't have to perform "fine" here.

  • Encouragement: We build each other up. Always.

The Rules

1. Confidentiality is Non-Negotiable

What is shared within this community stays within this community. This includes:

  • Personal stories, struggles, and breakthroughs shared by members

  • Screenshots of conversations, posts, or comments

  • Names or identifying details about other members

  • Event content, recordings, or materials

 

You may NOT:

  • Screenshot, copy, or share community content on social media or elsewhere

  • Discuss another member's personal story outside the community without her explicit consent

  • Share community materials, resources, or exclusive content with non-members

 

Violation of confidentiality is grounds for immediate removal without refund.

2. No Soliciting, Selling, or Self-Promotion

This is not a networking group or a marketplace. Do not:

  • Promote your business, products, services, or website

  • Send unsolicited DMs pitching your offers to other members

  • Share affiliate links or referral codes

  • Recruit members for MLMs, other communities, or coaching programs

  • Post content primarily designed to drive traffic elsewhere

 

If you have something genuinely relevant to share that could help a sister, ask a community host first.

3. Respect Every Woman’s Journey

We are a diverse community united by faith and a desire to rebuild. That means:

  • No judgment about another woman's decisions (marriage, divorce, parenting, career, finances, etc.)

  • No unsolicited advice. Ask "Would you like input?" before offering solutions.

  • No racism, discrimination, hate speech, or prejudice of any kind

  • No shaming, bullying, passive-aggression, or intentional cruelty

  • No political debates or divisive arguments

  • No gossip about members (present or former)

4. Faith-Led, Not Faith-Forced

This is a faith-centered community. We honor God in how we show up. However:

  • We don't weaponize scripture against each other

  • We don't judge someone's relationship with God or their spiritual journey

  • We don't preach at each other. We share what God has done in OUR lives.

  • We welcome women at every stage of their faith walk

5. Engagement Expectations

  • Participate authentically. You don't have to post daily, but lurking without ever engaging limits what you get from this room.

  • Respond to sisters. If someone is vulnerable, acknowledge her. We don't leave women hanging.

  • Use content warnings when sharing graphic details about trauma, abuse, or crisis situations.

  • Keep it constructive. Venting is welcome. Spiraling without accepting support is not.

6. Crisis & Mental Health

This community is NOT a substitute for professional help. If you or a member are experiencing:

  • Suicidal thoughts or self-harm

  • Domestic violence or abuse

  • A mental health emergency

We love you AND we are not trained professionals. Both things are true. If you see a post that concerns you, please notify a community host privately.

7. Content Boundaries

Do not post:

  • Explicit or sexual content

  • Graphic violence

  • Illegal content or advocacy for illegal activity

  • Spam or repetitive/irrelevant content

  • Content that violates someone else's copyright or intellectual property

Enforcement

First Violation (minor): Private message from a community host with a reminder of guidelines.

 

Second Violation: Temporary mute or suspension (24-72 hours) with a written warning.

 

Third Violation or Serious Offense: Permanent removal from the community without refund. Serious offenses include: breaking confidentiality, harassment, hate speech, or soliciting.

 

We reserve the right to remove any member at any time if their presence disrupts the safety or culture of the community.

Reporting

If you experience or witness a guideline violation, please:

  • Report the post/comment using Mighty Networks' built-in reporting feature, OR

  • Send a private message to a community host

 

All reports are handled confidentially.

Agreement

By joining The Reclaim Your Three Community, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to follow these guidelines. These guidelines may be updated periodically, and continued membership constitutes acceptance of changes.
