Refund Policy

At Reclaim Your Three™, we stand behind our experiences and want every woman to feel confident in her investment. This policy outlines our refund terms for each offer.
Physical Products (The Reclaim Your Three™ Planner, $27)
The Planner is a physical product shipped to the address you provide at checkout. All sales are final once the product has shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges on planners.
If your Planner arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at janice@reclaimyourthree.com with a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement at no cost.
Free Resources (Quiz & Starter Kit)
The Reclaim Your Three™ Quiz and personalized Starter Kit are provided free of charge. The Quiz is a 2-minute assessment that identifies your primary rebuilding pillar (Purpose, Power, or Prosperity). Upon completion, your personalized Starter Kit is delivered via email. No payment is collected and no refund applies. You may unsubscribe from our email list at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Monthly Membership (The Reclaim Your Three™ Community, $47/month)
Enrollment Windows: The Community is only open for new members during bi-monthly enrollment windows. Enrollment dates are announced in advance via email and social media.
No Free Trial: No free trial is offered. Your payment method is charged $47 immediately upon joining during an open enrollment window.
After Enrollment: Your membership renews automatically each month. You may cancel at any time through your Mighty Networks account settings.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to the community until your paid period expires.
No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.
No refunds are issued for prior months already billed.
If you cancel and wish to rejoin later, you must wait for the next open enrollment window and will be charged at the current membership rate.
Billing Disputes: If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at janice@reclaimyourthree.com within 7 days of the charge. We will review and resolve legitimate billing errors.
Day Experience ($397)
30+ days before event: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee
15-29 days before event: 50% refund
Within 14 days of event: Non-refundable
No-shows: Non-refundable
Transfers: You may transfer your registration to another woman with our written approval at no additional charge, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the event.
Event Cancellation by Us: If we cancel or reschedule the event, you will receive a full refund or the option to apply your payment to the next scheduled event.
Retreat ($1,500 - $5,000)
Deposit ($250): Non-refundable under all circumstances. This secures your spot and covers planning costs.
90+ days before retreat: Refund of all payments made minus the $250 deposit
60-89 days before retreat: 50% of payments made minus the $250 deposit
Within 60 days of retreat: Non-refundable
No-shows: Non-refundable
Note: Cancellation and refund terms may be subject to the policies of third-party travel vendors (hotels, airlines, excursion providers) involved in your retreat package. The timelines above are general guidelines; specific vendor restrictions may apply and will be communicated at booking.
Payment Plans: If you are on a payment plan and cancel, the refund policy above applies to the total amount paid at the time of cancellation. Outstanding balances on payment plans remain due per your payment agreement unless you cancel within the full-refund window.
Transfers: You may transfer your retreat spot to another qualifying attendee with our written approval, provided the request is made at least 60 days before the retreat. A $100 transfer fee applies.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance can protect you in case of trip cancellation, illness, or emergency that prevents your attendance. We are not responsible for your airfare, personal travel arrangements, or costs not explicitly included in the retreat package.
Retreat Cancellation by Us: If we cancel the retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments including the deposit. If we reschedule, you may choose a full refund or transfer your registration to the new date.
Force Majeure: If an event is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (pandemic, natural disaster, government travel restrictions, etc.), we will offer you the choice of a full credit toward a future retreat or a refund of all payments minus the deposit.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be made in writing via email to janice@reclaimyourthree.com. Please include:
Your full name
The product, membership, or event you are requesting a refund for
Your reason for the request
Date of purchase
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval and returned to the original payment method via Stripe or PayPal (whichever was used for the original transaction).
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate your access to all Services immediately
Pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any fees incurred
Report the dispute to relevant fraud prevention services
